Installation
Prepare the water tank and the pump.
Tap water input connection
Connect the water tank and the plum to the system.
A5 is the water inlet , which connects to the outlet of the pump.
A4 is the outlet of the alkaline water
A1 is the outlet of the acid water.
A2 is the outlet of the waster water.The alkaline water is not very good when the system works 5 mintutes initially each time, and pls turn on the A3 valve to discharge.
A7 is pressure ¨Cdischarge valve.If the water pressure is too high for the electrosis chamber, the A8 will turn on auto-matically and the water will be discharged by A7 outlet.
Attention£º
This system includes the control system of the water tank and the water pump, so please prepare the water tank and the pump.
If your requirement of the alkaline water is not very high, you may not connect the A2 ( the waste water outlet); if you want to connect the A2 to the pipe ,the height of the A4 pipe shall be higher than A2¡¯s location, otherwise, the waste water can¡¯t be discharged.
Electric control system connection.
E 1 is the power supply cord of the whole system.
E3 is the connection to the water level signal, connect the signal cord to the E3.The installation of the signal switch, please refer to the instructions.
E4 is the joint to the pump, please connect the pump cord to the E4.
Shakedown Test
1¡¢Inspecting the system
Checking the voltage and the ground cord connecting is right or not.
Ensure the all related valves turn on.
Place the D5 (Volt. Adj. )at the lowest
Ensure the tap water can meet the following requirements:
The PH is not less than 6.3
The conductivity is between120us/cm to 30us/cm

2¡¢How to Start the system
After inspection, please adjust the D5 as ¡°0¡± and turn on the E1 ( air switch), the D2 will be light.
Press the ¡°system start¡± button£¬ the D11&D10 will be light.
Turn on the inlet water valve and the pump, the D14&D13 will be light.
Turn D8 to Point£Á£¬at the meaning while, please reserve the flow meter and the D1 Am meter, then please adjust the D5 voltage and the current can¡¯t be over 150A.When the flow rate is up to 3000 liters per hour, plsese test the PH of the water, if it can meet the requirement, pls turn off the A2( the waste water ¨Cdischarge valve).It turns out the system works properly.
3¡¢How to stop the system.
1£©Turn on A2 and adjust the D5 as ¡°£°¡±,then make the D8 in the middle.
2£©Press D15 turn off the pump£¬then D13 light will be off.
3£©press D12 to stop the system, then D10light will be off
4£©Turn off the E1
Operation
Please follow the instructions strictly before operation¡£
While the system works about 4 hours, pls turn on A2 and adjust the voltage as ¡°0¡± and discharge the waste water,and then place the A8 to Point B and adjust the voltage to increase then turn off the A2.After the system woks 4 hours at point B, please turn to A as the same way, therefore 4 hours is a phase to point A &B.
4. Maintenance and Attention
Keep A-B working usually
Keep system clean
Inspect the system frequently
Froze protection needed
Clean the system when it not used for several days.
Non-working for long time,please use the non-Aircompressor to blow it.
Reserve the flow meter.
Can¡¯t turn off the flow valve competely
Attention to the water press which can¡¯t be over the working range.
5.FAQS
Q: Alkaline and acid water inverts
A: pls plug the wires inverts.
Q: No variation to the vlotage
A: replace the Si PCB Board.
Q:The fuse offen burns
A: Replace the diode
Q:There is only one pipe having water for the discharge flow meter or the purified water flow meter
A:Replace the magnetic valve.
Q:PH is not good after rising the voltage
A: Replace the electrolysis chamber |
